Product Review

Battery-powered light with three super efficient white LED bulbs. Two CR2025 batteries included; lasts 12+ hours. Compare to other LED lights which use expensive and bulky regular batteries, which are not included. This is the most efficient and compact LED light on the market. Features an On/Off switch and a 10-inch flexible cord for hanging. Illuminates all of our lanterns up to 36 inches in diameter. When using with 24-inch-plus lanterns we recommend 2 or more per lantern for a brighter light. For 30-36 inch lanterns we recommend using 4 to 6 LEDs per lantern. While these battery-operated LED lights are not intended to provide the primary lighting for an event, they are perfect for convenient, decorative accent lighting!

This is deffinitely the most effective light for paper lanterns. I bought three different types of lights for my lanterns and this product was definitely the best. They may seem a bit more expensive but trust me, do no waste your time trying other options.

I bought these lights for some paper lanterns I bought from the same company. The lanterns themselves are nice, however the lights are awful. First of all, I was expecting a warm white light, but the light is more bluish which gives the lanterns a very cold feel. I guess this may just be personal preference, but I'm under the impression that most people would probably want a nice warm glow coming from their lanterns. Second, the light doesn't diffuse well at all inside of the lantern. You can clearly see three very bright LED lights in the center of the lantern, but the lights fail to light up the rest of the lantern hardly at all. Because the LEDs all point in one direction, you will get no good light inside of the lantern, instead you'll just get hot spots coming out of the top or bottom (depending on which way the LEDs are facing.) There were also no clear instructions on how exactly to fit these lights into the lantern itself, since the frame is designed to hold a round bulb and...Read more
