The base is a round epoxy type blue seascape. This is approximately 6" high. It has waves with swimming dolphins, sailing sailboat and lighthouse. A clear bowl candle holder holds a light blue lightly scented candle. The lid fits snugly on the candle which features a cute surfing teddy bear sitting atop his surf board on blue waves. When the candle is used up you can either add another candle or put in marbles or other decorative material.
