The silver stand comes with a hook to hang the lantern on the stand or use the hook to hang the lantern from a tree. This lantern can hold a tea light or votive candle or even a battery candle would be great. The door opens to add the candle of your choice and a venting hold at the top allows for heat to escape easily. The lantern is 6 inches square x 9-1/2 inches tall. The stand is 13 inches tall.
