I have the Gold tone of this same Menorah. I've had it for three years and it works great. I don't know why the other review said it looks like a toy. It looks very elegant -- except for those who insist on having real candles. I use to tease my parents for having an electric menorah. But like most things when you grow up you realize that your parents were usually right. I frankly got tired of cleaning the wax out of the bottom of candle holders in the menorah. Above all, this is much safer than lit candles. 5 Stars.

Even though it said PLASTIC in the details of the item, I didn't realize how cheap the plastic would be! It looks okay from the outside and lights up the way it's supposed to but it should have been half the cost that it was. The menorah feels as if it's made from the cheapest plastic there is and was way over priced!
looks nice works good,

We've had it for one Hanukkah so far and it did an excellent job. It's definitely cheap and light plastic, but we've had no problems. It looks very good and you won't guess what it's made from from a few feet. The lights are very bright blue, giving an excellent view in the night from the window where we placed it. A downside is that you probably would not want a fully-lit menorah in your sleeping room, unless you have very heavy curtains.
I do not know how long it will last, but it was very nice for the one Hanukkah we've had it.
