First let me start by saying that this item is absolutely adorable. good quality and great price. If that is all that matters to you (which it did to me) then be sure to order WELL in advance of any event you may be having. I ordered this item one month ago. the description clearly says it comes in a set of 8. I ordered 9 sets for my wedding. so total, that would be 72 pieces. When I received my package, the box contained 8 glass cups and only ONE wire. So I called customer service and I spoke to a Leo who said he would personally see to it that I received the correct ammount overnighted. The problem was, the item was out of stock. so I waited. nearly 3 weeks later, I received a notice saying that the item had shipped. When I received the box, only 2 cups and 2 wires arrived. But the receipt that came in the box said I received 2 sets. I didn't. I received 2 pieces. I called again. I got no email or reason why I did not get the glass. I hope someone contacts me soon or I will be returning them. They are useless whithout the glass.
