Seriously, though, the only word I can really use to describe this "Moroccan lantern" is quaint. The top part screws in very quickly and it is ready for a candle in no time at all.
I am happy with the many "Moroccan Style Lantern" I have purchased over the last few weeks. I now have two of this quaint lantern.

This lamp is light-weight and easy to open and close. You can either hang it from a hook or place it on a table. Candlelight leaves beautiful designs on walls and ceiling. I would not recommend using outdoors unless you plan to put up and take down whenever you're finished. Lamp is not sturdy enough to withstand rust, weather, etc. No glass, so there is nothing to shatter. Packaging was sufficient. I would definitely consider buying more of these lamps!

These lanterns were perfect for me! I purchased four of these to go on top of half-pillars to flank an aisle for an Indian wedding. I bought one can of spray gold paint for a buck and one can of spray gold glitter Valspar paint for a few bucks. I took them outside and sprayed one coat of the gold paint and then a light coat of the glitter paint and in about 10-15 minutes I was able to transform these lanterns into eye-catching pieces of art. It was easy and cost effective and I got a ton of compliments!
