I was quite upset when I got the menorah because it was marketed as new. When I received it, it was packaged but there were scratches and smudges all over the finish. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the little fake crystals were smudged, slightly scratched, the candle holder tops were tarnished...and worse of all...the whole menorah is crooked! (unlike in the picture where it is perfectly straight. I will never buy from you people again (especially with the outrageous shipping cost I paid).
