It's not the product there is an issue with but the company Fjorn that ships it. Lousy customer service and that is an understatement. Not only are they unable to track orders, they are unable to give accurate an delivery date. We were told by several customer service reps that they didn't have access to our full order. A very strange and highly unlikely tale. In fact, they never call you back. You have to keep calling and calling in order to find out the status of a delivery...and they are unable to even provide the information. I love amazon but abhor Fjorn.

I bought one holder as a gift. I ended up keeping the holder and buying another one. Now, I have a pair and I love them. They cast a very pretty reflection.

I did buy my friend another set too.
