They aren't very well made and a bit small and cheap looking. A let down but I guess for the small price you should expect that! I am going to spray paint them silver and hopefully they will look a little better. And the "glass" piece inside is not glass, its a cheap plastic.

The adage holds true 'you get what you pay for' with these sconces. They appear to have been spraypainted with a cheap golden paint, which does nothing to hide their rather careless design. If you don't look at them up close, they're charming. They perform well enough when used to hold votives or tealights.

I would not buy these again personally, but they're not bad if taken for what they are.
