I received a set of 12 with one broken in the package. The wicks are only about 4 inches long and are useless. The wick easily slips through the glass and needs to be rigged in order to stay in place. If not, can be a recipe for disaster.
Be aware of the shipping costs. They are EXTREMELY INFLATED!

I recieved my product quickly within 2 days! There was nothing wrong with the product except it doesn't come with a long enough wick. The actual holder is awesome and what I was looking for but I would have paid more if I could have gotten enough wick in the same order....Good holder, not enough wick!

I bought these because I had lost some wick holders from several earthenware lamps. Also, I couldn't find wicks anywhere for liquid candles. They do the job well. Just remember, you can't let the wick come up beyond the glass, or the flame will be too high. My only problem with them is they are a little too small for the opening in my largest lamp, but otherwise, I'm pleased with them.
