This is a very nice candleholder at a good price. I ordered four and the glass was shattered in one of them. I emailed the seller and they responded the same day, saying they would send a replacement promptly and not asking me to send the broken one back. This made it easy for me, and they followed through and delivered the new one two days later. I'm very happy with this product. I gave it a 3 rating because of the broken item but now that I've received the replacement so promptly, I would change that to 5 (if I could figure out how!).

I like this product. It is a little bulky to handle when changing the candles in the glass cylinder. But otherwise is looks nice and does create the extra lighting effect I needed.

I received these candle holder and was shocked to see that one of the votive s broke in transit and the iron of another one was badly mangled. I haven't had such bad experience with Amazon and I will never purchase from these vendors again
