NP5 Replacement Bulb (Kitchen) These bulbs turn whatever beautiful candle warmer into a piece of junk in a hurry. Bulb life is very unpredictable and does not warrant, buying them over and over again, in my opinion. Especially at $7.98 a whack! When you do have a burn out however, I have discovered you can buy a 20 watt version which will last much longer and heat to the same depth. 8 of 8 people found the following review helpful: This review is from: Candle Warmers Etc. NP5 Replacement Bulb (Kitchen) I'm reviewing the bulb I got with my lamp. It worked well to melt large Yankee Candle jars and the 14.5oz Slatkin 3-wick candles. Lasted me a little over a month before it started to flicker and died.I mostly wanted to leave a review to give this hint: The bulb is the same type that people use to provide heat for lizards and snakes. If you go to a pet store, you can get a higher quality heat bulb for a lower price. They're designed to last at least 6 months so you don't have to worry about it going out so frequently. 8 of 8 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Candle Warmers Etc. NP5 Replacement Bulb (Kitchen) I bought these to replace the original bulbs that came with my Candle Warmer. The original bulb that came with the unit lasted for several months and then finally burned out. I ordered 2 of these for replacements so I would have one on hand when the first replacement burned out. Within a month and a half, both bulbs have burned out and I'm looking for replacements again. For the price, these should last a lot longer than they do. I keep my candle warmer running 24 hours/day, so if you do the same, don't plan on these bulbs lasting longer than a month. |
